Many of our employees speak more than one language. Spanish is the most requested second language, but we have personnel from numerous backgrounds.
We have many employees who are working temporary positions but are interested in working full time for the right company. Temp-to-perm assignments are beneficial for both you and our employees. You get a chance to review our employees’ work before placing them on your payroll, and our employees are able to assess the desk they are placed on and determine if they are a good fit for that particular client or caseload.
In the event you would like to hire one of our employees on a permanent basis and our employee has worked for you for at least five consecutive months on our payroll, we will waive any placement fees. If it has been less than five consecutive months, we will prorate our fee based on the number of months the employee has worked.
We have employees from all over California, and if you wish to first screen resumes of people with shorter commuting distances, we will be more than glad to provide them to you.
