Our consulting teams are composed of senior examiners, supervisors and managers who conduct in-depth reviews of your employees’ claims handling and office procedures. Upon completion of the review, our consultants will not only pinpoint areas that need to be addressed, but offer suggestions to help improve productivity.
Our educational courses are structured specifically to meet the needs of each client. These classes are taught at various locations throughout the state, and if your company registers at least ten students for any one class, we will discount the fees and bring the class on-site if desired.
We offer training in all aspects of California Workers’ Compensation, and can tailor a class specifically for novice claims assistants, an intermediary class for claims assistants who are transitioning to junior examiner desks, or advanced claims handling for your seasoned examiners.
We provide instructional materials and each student is given a booklet that is created over the course of the class that includes all of the important forms they will be using, charts to help them maneuver through the Workers’ Compensation system, as well as step-by-step instructions on how to complete and file the required forms and settlement documents.
